This alleagation should have been surfaced earlier, if true.
ReplyDeleteTo have it circulated after the debacle surrounding Rohaizat's misstep smacks of a ploy or counterstrike but without any factual evidence.
In Rohaizat's case, the Koperasi will vouch that money was indeed not returned for a few years (and subsequently returned in 2008) and obviously, minutes of the Bar Council Disciplinary Committee meeting are available plus evidence provided to the High Court.
So let us stay with the facts & evidence instead of the hearsay unless there is hard evidence.

2) Sekolah Agama Pintar is not sponsorred by PAS. No one gives money for this school. The operator of the school must raise own moey to run this school through tuition fees and donations.
The fact that his school can operate continually simply shows Salleh has superb financial management skill and respectable performance in running the school academically.
3) The mentioning of names such as Mujahid and Zulkifli was clearly an act of desperation on his part. Mujahid and zulkifli are good guys who would never accuse such thing. This is just sekadar "tebar jala...kot-kot ada ikan" style of doing things on BN parts.
This is not going to fly, a very desperate and vain attemp. Shame on you Rocky......has it come this low

PERMATANG PASIR, Aug 20 — The controversy surrounding Barisan Nasional candidate Rohaizat Othman’s disbarment took a new twist today when his partner, the one Umno accused of taking their client's money, appeared to deny the allegation.
Yusri Ishak alleged that the money was used by Rohaizat to help his friend-cum-client to finance a land transaction worth RM 130,000 which was to be reimbursed but the Umno politician's friend had failed to do so.
Rohaizat then claimed the land, planning to sell it to remit the funds used to purchase it but to no avail, said Yusri, adding that that was one of the reasons why Rohaizat had failed to repay the co-operative.
He also said some of the co-operative funds had been used to help another of Rohaizat's friends, a director in a housing development company, and also to manage the firm's branch in Ipoh.
The 38-year-old lost an appeal on Aug 12 against being struck off the rolls of the Malaysian Bar after he blamed his partner for the matter which the Bar Council said involved RM161,000 in client's money." MI 20/08/09.

The PAS and by extension the Phackatan crowd has got some explaining to do rather than dismissing the whole allegation as mere balderdash and calling people to prove their manhood. Every body and even the monkey at the People's Parliament has jumped on the bandwagon and spinning defensive vibes.3 questions spring to mind:

2. why not institute legal proceeding/demand apologies if there is not a whiff of truth in the whole thing.
3. why the need to challenge another's manhood as it is evident who the bloggers are and this is no "baling batu sembunyi tangan" op as they can be clearly identified by all and sundry be served with legal letters, if need be? Now are u ( the loyar buruk included) prepared to offer your wifes, daughters, nieces etc to allow for these 2 guys to do the honours. I am sure they (Bru, iam just speculating..LOL)will be itching for action if those ladies look like Kim Kardashians, Megan Fox or pass the chance if those whores are pigarse faced wenches which plausibly seems to be the more likely case!
Fact of the matter is, PAS not only has to explain this but the millions they have ripped off the gullibles through their "derma kilat" sortees during the ceramah orgies.
2.As for the nincoompoops in UMNO, this is what I have to say. You screwed up big-time or purposely screwed up big-time which seems to be the more likely case. Why the latter:
well, with all information at his fingertips, the idiot selecting the candidate could have easily verified his past by accessing information freely available in the public domain or clarifying his record with the relevant professional bodies.
The sheer pigheadedness in insisting on that particular candidate smacks of a certain nefarious operation unfolding within the ramparts especially when the press was clearly hinting at more logical choices (the youth head, for instance)and a meeting was convened 2 days before nomination to clarify the issue. The facts clearly imply that:
1. the candidate was selected to scupper the nascent resurgence of Malay support for UMNO which started in Bukit Gantang and somewhat accelerated in Manik Urai.
by putting up a soiled candidate, the resulting majority for the opposition ( chances of upturning the 5K+ majority in an oppo black area was always a pie in the sky thingy in the first place)can be enhanced and put to sword the perception that the Malay polity was trooping back.
2. to provide breathing space and a face saving getaway for AI in his own backyard and keep alive the bogey that the malays are still with PR. If Ai had been given a bloodied nose (via a significantly reduced majority), his credentials as a "malay populist" would have been irrevocably tarnished
Every sane member within UMNo should know who these Trojans are but the fact that they can wield influence unimpeded only further underlines the fact, that in any weeding process, the roots must be extracted if one does not want the nuisance to regenerate with a vengeance.
Any surprises as to why both sides have come out smelling cow-dung given that I have kept insisting that clowns have taken centrestage in all spheres of public life especially in politics since 2004 as the capable ones have abdicated their responsibilities.But then the ascension of a sleepy jester to replace a brilliant statesman (Tun M) can only bring out the dregs, wouldnt it?

Well, let's not do the fingerpointing but I read somewhere in one of the blogs that the person who insisted on fielding this candidate had or maybe is still having a good relationship with DSAI. It is just part of a strategy to weaken UMNO/BN...

PAS has urged a blogger to come out in the open and provide evidence on his claims that the party's candidate in Permatang Pasir, Mohd Salleh Man, had embezzled RM600,000 from the party fund.
PAS election director Mahfuz Omar also described the blogger as an irresponsible person who had no guts to report the matter to the authorities if indeed there was any truth to it.
Mahfuz omar handing over to idris ahmad pas hq 220609 01"The blogger should lodge a report to the police or the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission regarding the allegation," he told a news conference in Bukit Mertajam today.
Mahfuz said that if any of Umno or Barisan Nasional (BN) leaders dared to say that Mohd Salleh was involved in embezzling the party fund, they should also come out with the evidence.
"If they have the evidence, then by all means, make it public before the polling day on Aug 25," he said.
More dirt on Rohaizat
The weblog, in a new posting today, claimed that Mohd Salleh had embezzled RM600,000 in cash belonging to the party during the Permatang Pauh parliamentary by-election last year.
The allegation was said to have come from Penang PAS vice-commissioner Mujahid Yusof Rawa and former Penang PAS information chief Zulkifli Lazim.

"If he refused to withdraw (from contesting) or admit any wrongdoing and continue to blame his former partner, we will expose more," he said.
The Permatang Pasir state by-election on Tuesday is seeing a straight fight between Rohaizat and Mohd Salleh.
A total of 20,290 voters are eligible to vote in the by-election which is called following the death of incumbent assemblyperson Mohd Hamdan Abdul Rahman of PAS, on July 31.

You said it, dude. Be prepared for these scum to jump ship when their mission is complete. The strategy all along was to get UMNO to accept the munafucking traitor back into the fold. Since, that is not possible, its time for the arseworms within who love this outcast pariah's shitarse to come out and do the rest with their arseitchy antics, In fact, 3 areworms are actively involved in this plot:
1. One is the arseworm in the youth arse who intoned like the bastard fuckhead who intoned that Rohaizat's selection was a sign that new blood was being infused into the party. His silence is deafening, isnt it? especially when he started off by baiting the opposition scum with race taunts designed to put BN in bad light.
2. the arseworm who selected the guy is a known lackey who goes back a long2 way.....
3.the third arseworm makes monkey noises and is always itching to shoot off the mouth when a controversy crops up. In fact, if one analyses his unwelcome and unsolicited outbursts, it is always done at the moment a controversy erupts and is trademarked with blatantly stupid and inane pronouncements designed to put the govt in bad light and on the defensive from the word go. This baldie of a toilet baldi was and is still a closet whore for the "exile".
The modus operandi is so blatant that it begs belief how UMNO is blasely unaware of it which gives credence to my view and that of many neutral Malays that UMNO has lost the plot in the same way as the Malay lovvas of PR have lost their heads and its time to formulate a a new movement to protect Malay rights as per the 1957 constitution.
Among the suggested measures include extemporising the NEP to attune it to contemporary times. Implement it fairly and humanely to help ONLY the under-priveleged Malays + extend its tenure and the % of Bumi ownership to 50% of the economy. Roll back the recent liberalisations whether economic or administrative. Impose a Tobin-like tax on the wealth of the non-malays and revoke their citizenship rights if they hold "double citizenry"; close down all vernacular schools and forbid the use of Mandarin and Tamil and other pendatang languages in the private sector;strict enforcement of all laws including the ISA; make illegal pigbreeding, slaughtering and sale of pork; forbid public processions having to do with minority religions + functions; the crafting of a "social democrat" economy ala the Swiss or Swedish model leveraging on internal savings, funds etc, in fact, there is emerging economic data that deficit spending is good for the economy (more on this later);
Reiterate the position of Islam as the official religion and impose severe penalties (including public beheading, lashings etc) on those who question its integrity or trifle with its precepts, apply the syarak on non-muslim offenders of Islamic law, impose the death penalty on those who promote schisms or disunity amongst muslims etc.Prohibit the use of Islam as a political tool by any party be it government or opposition and remove it from the mainstream political discourse tp protect its sanctity. Prohibit the use of the term "Allah" by other religions.
These and other legal and administaritive measures based on the 1Pribumi concept would herald the advent a new Social Compact, now that the old Social Contract has both been dissed and ditched by the Pendatang. If he finds the above and other proposed measures unpalatable, he can either renegotiate his status; rights and priveleges under the new framework or get out of this country where he had always been an unwelcome interloper in the first place.

Mujahid Rawa has denied he accused the PAS guy. Other than saying Dr.Rawa made the claim, Zakhir has given nothing else to back up his allegation of RM600,000... wait... is it RM60,000... well, how much do you want it to be BigDawg?

When PAS took money, PAS claimed as amal jariah. When UMNO took money, they calimed corruption. At the end the money we are talking about. Within PAS corruption exist but to the certain of level is similar to PKR boss because of logging at Kelantan. Now women in Kelantan can ask for a divorce just to claim million of ringgit from YB Kelantan gotten received from logging
