Posters in KL. Lensman Jinggo was told that posters sponsored by a pro-Reform group in Umno were on display in at least 15 different locations in the city last night.
The message on the posters is not just for the PM to resign but it tells Umno leaders to stop being apple polishers.

Sheikh Rocky Bru.
hmm..this is getting interesting.
ReplyDeleteWhile there is no doubt that Pak Kalah should go, I'm not that enthusiastic about Najib taking over either...
So jelak wei.
ReplyDeletehave you seen the arrogance and childishness?

"you dont want me, I dont want friend you already"
I guess it is expected. Its not UMNO money tho, it's govt money, THE RAKYAT's money :P
interesting what y'all will say abt this.
Dear Pendekar Rocky,
ReplyDeleteI hear you have reservations about dropping the NEP. We would like to hear you out. Can we request a paper? Thanks.
Temenggong
After 50 years, if not for Datuk Seri Abdullah, we would not have the first Tsunami and victory for democracy in Malaysia.
ReplyDeleteLet's just look at the scenario:
1. Datuk Seri Abdullah released DSAI when he came to power.
He did not need to do this.
Dr M would probably have driven DSAI to commit Harakiri in prison!
2. Datuk Seri Abdullah did not stop the bloggers from giving altenartive news.
He could have arrested these bloggers under ISA.
Dr M would definitely have done this at least prior to the election.
3. Datuk Seri Abdullah allowed the Bersih and Hindraf to organise their rallies. Under Dr M's rule,
the organisers would have been arrested even for thinking about organising the rallies.
Judge a person from the outcomes of their leadership, not from what their detractors say.
Think!
EEEEEEEEWWWWWW! SO WHAT, NAJIS TAKE OVER?! HE'S A DIRTY BUGGER. HIS WIENER IS ALSO DIRTY! EEEEWWW!!!
ReplyDeleteBro Rocky,
ReplyDeleteWill this signify a revolution or uprising in UMNO?
Looks like Daim is back at work.
turun je la Pak Dol...Pade Doh!

The poor performance of Umno and BN has been engineered by Tun Dr Mahathir and his men:
ReplyDeleteSee A Kadir Jasin blog post of Jan 30, 2008. TDM called for the cleansing of UMNO thru PRU 12. We can see the actions taken:
In some areas, UMNO boycotted BN candidates, to reduce BN’s 2/3 majority.
Immediately after election results, on Sunday, mar 9, TDM called a press conference to call for UMNO President to step down. Now, Mukhriz wrote the letter to PM asking UMNO President o step down…….. they’re all striking while the iron is hot. It is a closely engineered propaganda. Last night u see big huge posters in KL asking Umno Presiden to step down. Clearly, there is a concerted effort to bring UMNO President down.
But is that what the Malays want? If Najib takes over, how sure are we that he will be accepted by the Malays, esp with the Altantuya’s case still in court. Listen to criticisms on the ground – Najib is not popular either.
Malays want a clean, corruption-free UMNO. Who in UMNO can deliver this? Probably none………..yet. So, Pak Lah is not the problem………. UMNO leaders themselves, all the UMNO ministers, ketua bahagian, etc are perceived as corrupt, and helping their cronies.
At this critical juncture UMNO should unite, and show solidarity, behind the current UMNO Presiden, to muhasabah diri, and take corrective action – not splitting the party further like they’re doing now. Najib is also perceived as corrupt –
The Rakyat is smart now, they know, UMNO is acting out what TDM and his men have been planning - this calling for UMNO Presiden to step down, is purely a power struggle within UMNO, not a sincere attempt to clean the party of corruption.
Malay bloggers should call for solidarity, unity, not encourage this splitting within UMNO. Yang rugi Melayu juga. Tengoklah nanti.
Bro,
ReplyDeleteApa kata orang2 UMNO menulis surat resmi menyuruh Pak Lah untuk berundur dari menjadi PM ...dan suruh KJ Menantut Pak Lah menjadi PM baru menggantikan Pak lah...
Sungguh Lawakkkkk..Nie lah Lawat Bodoh nama nya,......
Hahahahahaha....
I hope the opposition party don't get duped into making rhetorical calling for Abdullah to step down.
ReplyDeleteThere is a bitter in fighting in Umno which is probably one of the reason they fared badly this election. Does the opposition prefer to stand against a united Umno or a divided one? It is definately going to be one hell of a united Umno when Najib takes over and Abdullah and Khairy gets the sack.
Do the smart thing, keep out of this. Think long term. Use elements to your advantage, don't get used by others.
Looks like Pak Lah will be one term PM after all. Tun is certainly influential, even if he is "irrelevant" according to Kubang Pasu UMNO
ReplyDeleteWhy can't they wait for Majlis Tertinggi UMNO? Or maybe they can call for an emergency meeting or something like that. Having all the parties bickering, arguing, sabotaging is enough to give the people reason to be restless and scared. Seems like everyone has issues with everyone!
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand, I suppose these things have to happen before the politicians can take a look at our plight. I am just amused to see how grown men can be so emotional and vindictive when they don't get what they want.
So, I guess, you guys just thrash things out, quarrel if you have to, but please, please don't put the people's well being in jeapordy. We are the ones who have to go to work everyday, earn our pay, take care of our family and maybe once in a while, go for a holiday in a peaceful country. You guys fighting with each other isn't doing anyone any good. But maybe that's human nature, eh?
dont listen to them pak lah,
ReplyDeletefight on,
fight on.
fight on,
the people don't love you
your family loves you
don't let them down
keep the dream alive
you must be willing to sacrifice for your dream,
even if it means
sacrificing us,
your people
and your country
dont let your family down
dont let your family down
dont let yourzz zzzz
zzzz
zzzzz
zzz
zzzzz
zzzzzzz
Did we win?
Did we win?
We won right?
We won right?
still 2/3 majority right?
shit... it was all a dream,
damn, damn, damn
One wonders who is responsible for the posters, could it be from within UMNO itself or is it from without ?
ReplyDeleteWell well, looks like we have problem brewing. Could this the work of UMNO insider..maybe. Who is to say not?
ReplyDeleteActually I am not anti Pak Lah just his son in law the famous (god knows from where!) KJ.
hi,
ReplyDeletethose people who are saying umno destruction is becoz of TDM is an idiot! what tdm has been doing is ok but those who's been asked to implement it, they sucks! dont tell me when your boss tell you something to do and you will say 'no'! you can say no provided with concrete solution, but they, all those pengampu didnt. i am proud to be malaysian under tdm! remember, 1 finger pointing at others, 3 fingers are pointing at youself.
I salute Pak Lah when he admit lost.
ReplyDeleteHow many UMNO leader are able to do the same?
Dear all, kita kena insaf ngan kekejaman serta manipulasi si dalang SIL di belakang semua protes ni. Tak syak lagi, dia dah senyap kian lama dan memang tengah syok plan protes serta provokasi orang ramai. Berhati-hati semua!!
ReplyDeleteKeep Pah Lah as PM and BN will self destruct soon. Then UMNO can be reformed, starting from a clean slate.
ReplyDeleteIf Pah Lah go now and Najib takes over, BN will remain the same old party (same wine in new bottle so to speak).
So, think carefully what it means to get Pah Lah to step down now. On the other hand the longer Pah Lah stays the stronger the Opposition! Please allow the Opposition to grow strong enough to enable a viable 2 party democratic system in the near future.
In any case UMNO, MCA, MIC etc means politics along racial/religious partisan. Is this what we want?
Other hot pictures,
ReplyDeletehttp://forum.cari.com.my/viewthread.php?tid=337951
You guys were saying if opposions won the elections we are able to have street rallies ....... now even in Penang we can have street rally... how come ... we got cheated ???? I want to march on the street every day .... DAP said NO ... is this mean I got cheated ???
ReplyDeletePAK LAH,
ReplyDeleteI'M NO FAN OF YOURS AND DESPISE YOUR SON-IN-LAW.
BUT I MUST SAY, ALL THESE SYSTEMATIC AND WELL ENGINEERED PLAN CALLING AND DEMANDING FOR YOU TO STEP DOWN, MAKES ONE WONDER ... COULD IT BE THERE'S A GREAT MASTERMIND BEHIND ALL THESE JUST TO GET RID OF YOU AND PUT SOMEONE WHO WILL PROTECT HIM?
SO MY ADVICE TO YOU PAK LAH, THOUGH YOU ARE NOT A GREAT LEADER BUT PLEASE DONT LET SOMEONE WHO HAS DESTROYED THE NATION WITH HIS LIES MAKE A COMEBACK TO CONTINUE THE DESTRUCTION.
PLEASE HANG-IN THERE ... AND ENSURE YOUR NEW CABINET DOES NOT COMPRISE:
1)NAJIB, WHO IS WAITING PATIENTLY LIKE THE MALAY SAYING "BERSEDIA UNTUK MENANGGUK DI AIR KERUH"
2)KHAIRI,SO THAT HE CAN JUST SERVE HIS PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUENCY BETTER.
3)NOR MOHD YAKCOP, SO THAT HE CAN LEARN TO BE A REAL MP AND GET A PROFESSIONAL TO TAKE CARE OF FINANCE.
4)RAFIDAH, SO THAT SHE CAN CONCENTRATE ON HER BUSINESSES WHICH ARE CURRENTLY UNDER PROXIES.
5)HISHAMUDDIN
6)NAZRI
7)JOHARI BAHRUM
8) ONG KA CHUAN, SO THAT THE MCA MEMBERS WHO DESERTED THEIR PARTY START TO SUPPORT THEM AGAIN
... AND GIVE IMPORTANT CABINET POSTS FOR THESE MPS:
1) KU LI
2) DATO MUSTAPHA
3) PAIRIN
4) SHAHRIR
5) DR LATIFF
6) LIOW TIONG LAI
7) NG YEN YEN
8) ONG TEE KEAT
JUST HANG IN THERE, PAK LAH ... AT LEAST UNTIL THE NEXT UMNO ASSEMBLY.
Pak Lah..apa lagi..undur Lah..
ReplyDeleteLagi sekoq Shahidan Kasim, Raja Perlis tak lantik dia jadi MB, dia kalut ugut ADUN BN suh keluar parti.. apa lagi.. ADUN BN di perlis semua keluar parti..masuk PAS dan PKR, dpt lg satu negeri free.. Shahidan keluar dari Perlis..

ReplyDeleteReplace a mouse with a rat? Call that progress?
ReplyDeleteLooks like Malaysia in BIG trouble. BR is 5 states not working well, BN got coup-de-tat. Habis lah M'sia! I think better cabut !
ReplyDeleteI don't trust this small Mahathir in the making (Mu Keris aka Mukhriz)Nanti jadi macam bapak dia.
ReplyDeleteThe rakyat didn't tolak Pak Lah per se.It's BN, tau? BN ! That includes semua yang terlibat.I don't know how Mu Keris got away (maybe his dad's old trick...some strong cable here and there in Jerlun or Kedah..orang2 yang masih segan kat Pak Dek?)
The truth is we don't have anyone we trust anymore in BN.Semua tu sisa2 orang tamak, self serving people. We are sick of politik anak beranak (something I hope BA will not be guilty of but I see already politik anak beranak is there)

Breaking NEWS!!!!
ReplyDeletePenang Komtar, March 14 (IANS) Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has condemned Friday's rally by the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a rights group of ethnic Malays, saying it was 'an attempt to raise fear in the people and disrupt the traffic in Penang after the just concluded general election'.
He said the group did not respect the process of democracy as 'by creating trouble they would scare off the people from coming out to Komtar' for shopping.
Police on Saturday dispersed the gathering by an estimated 500 slogan-shouting people(probably phantom demonstrators from other states), using water cannons and lobbying teargas shells. The rally had been declared illegal. About 160 people were arrested and most released later except the leaders of the UMNO group who is detained under ISA. They are called the UMNO 5.
'The business community, too, would be affected and, like the majority of people, does not support such behaviour because this is not the Malaysian way,' he was quoted as saying in The New Straits Times Friday.
The 'demonstration' in Penang today.
ReplyDeleteFrom the Star
'Among those who participated in the hour-long street protest were Penang Umno secretary and state opposition leader Datuk Azhar Ibrahim, former deputy Chief Minister Datuk Abdul Rashid Abdullah, Kepala Batas Umno Youth deputy chief Reezal Merican Naina Merican, Bukit Mertajam Umno division chief Senator Datuk Musa Sheikh Fadzir, Tanjung Umno division chief Datuk Ahmad Ibnihajar and former Penanti assemblyman Datuk Abdul Jalil Abdul Majid.'
Isn't Reezal Merican Naina Merican the leader of DAMAI Malaysia who came out with x number of 'NGOs' to preach that Malaysians want peace and not demonstrations?

Seriously, rather than be guided by sentiments and personal bias, let us have a review on the performance of our leader.
ReplyDeleteIt could be argued that yes, Pak Lah has allowed a lot of things to be said and done (blogs, protests etc.)that probably led to a strong Opposition.
However, the issues raised in blogs and the protests were not addressed beforehand and even afterwards.
People may say he inherited a lot of the problems, but as the Premier, he is in the position to address the issues, right?
We can further question whether the allowance of public discussion are deliberate or as a result of mismanagement and sheer coincidence.
Do a performance review.

LATEST NEWS IN ON THE GRAPEVINE-
ReplyDeleteZakaria Deros of Kelang didn't die but fled to Indonesia om news that the Selangor Government fell into the hands of the Barisan Rakyat.
Hie death and disappearance were "engineered" by unknown forces immediately the results of GE12 were announced for the state of Selangor.
The dead body they put on public display before burial belongs to some other deceased person. Perhaps it would be interesting if the matter is pursued further by interested quarters or the body exhumed for a post-mortem or DNA analysis.
The circumstances surrounding the death and disappearance of Zakaria Deros is indeed fascinating. The so-called demise kept buried plenty of dark secrets that certain quarters still alive and kicking today do not wish exposed.
And this is just the tip of the iceberg and the aftermath of GE12 does give rise to plenty for us to conjure about the previous BN administration in Selangor.
No wonder they shred and destroy all the incriminating evidence in the government offices.
i thoto it wont happen in kl
ReplyDeletespend so much on printing to get awareness to vote for him during election, now spend again to ask him to step them. Why not just recycle the current prints with his face on it?
ReplyDeletekenapa setelah ramai penduduk serta penyokong UMNO protes minta Pak Lah berundur tetapi macam tidak dipedulikan langsung oleh Pak Lah. Dia macam buat Dekkk!! je. Memang 1000 orang menyokong Pak Lah tapi 100,000 lagi menentang. Kenapa dia tak mau dengar kata yang lagi 100,000. Buat petisyen.
ReplyDeleteHai! kamu baru sedar! Masa mengampu tak ingat tu semua! Bagus lah tu, banyakkan doa yang baik baik.

ReplyDeleteWhat if he's really dead? In our culture and religion (Arwah Zakaria's, mine, not sure about yours), its not good to talk bad about dead people. Regardless of what he's done in the past, its now between him and His Maker. Keep the conspiracy theories out of this. Death is no small matter.
