KJ's men challenge Mahathir's son. Ansara (short for Anak Sains Mara) is the alumni for MRSM students. But this is no ordinary alumni. Mukhriz Mahathir, whom many view as a credible threat to Khairy Jamaluddin, who was put as Umno Youth's No 2 by virtue of being the PM's son-in-law, is president of Ansara.
If Mukhriz loses the Ansara presidency, he will lose a "power base" and his position in Umno Youth will be considerably weakened.
That is why Khairy has arranged for Mukhriz to be challenged, for the first time in 12 years, at the alumni's elections this weekend, or so according to this fight preview [Khairy dan kuncu2 dalangi pemilihan Ansara?] that appeared in Malaysia Today.

Wah....this KJ fellow is dahsyat man!! Jobless betul!!
ReplyDeleteI thought his new Iphone will keep him busy for a few months.
Perhaps he is done showing it around already until he has to write an article about it as well.
does this guy have friends? If we did a poll, I think around 70% of country hate him.
I am one of the anak sains mara. I would agree that Mukriz be challenged for the presidency, its a lot better than UMNO's undemocratic trend of not allowing challenges for high party posts.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely my vote for the presidency goes to Mukhriz. If he wins, his credibility will be strengthened and he can hold his head high and say that I am president because the Ansarians elected me unanimously.
Sdr Rocky Bru,
ReplyDeleteEven if it’s true that young master KJ is promoting a challenge against Mukhriz for Ansara’s presidency, why should we be surprised?
It’s politics. If Mukhriz is good and Ansara members want him, he’ll win, unless of course Ansara members – like members of political parties -- can also be blackmailed, bribed and bought.
If that’s the case, Ansara has little or no use to its members in particular and the Malays in general. It’s an insult to MRSM.
It’s good for a young leader like Mukhriz to learn to fight his own battle. He fought and won the highest votes in the last Umno Youth election despite attempts to put him down.
The same cannot be said for the Chief and Deputy Chief who won uncontested. Menang tanpa bertanding?
If indeed KJ is putting his candidate to challenge Mukhriz, someone should contest against him in the coming Umno Youth election. Why not Mukhriz? Let’s for once see how good and how popular he is.
Or are we overrating KJ’s power and influence?
Terima kasih.
this KJ is definitely got many friends.
ReplyDeleteand this politic game is huge. you wanna compete for that Ketua Pemuda oso not that easy. You got to bring up somekind of momentum along. and if everything goes wrong, perhaps, Datuk Hisham might tell the world that he want KJ to be the next Ketua Pemuda. (and of course Datuk Hisham will get something else la which is better).
but wait until the father in law crumbled. then he will lose out worse than Dr Mahathir's sons. maybe the rakyat will send them a family to Nicaragua or Timbuktu.
KJ is really making an impact of himself..wonder if the rumours among sports officials will come true...heard he'll be replacing Azalina's post after the General Elections..and it gets interesting every second.
ReplyDelete-The Man Who Sold The World-
When will the big guys see that when they fight, it's the little guys in between will suffer no matter side they're on. Gajah gaduh kalu itu belakang pelanduk kicik tengah duduk nanti mampos. I reckon the higher up you are, the more powerful you feel and the less you rely on Allah, or the less you accept ketentuan Allah. The big guys. They'll never learn until they fall flat on the face - in Trengganuspeak, pinjam dari Awang Goneng, reboh ssembang.
ReplyDeleteAnsarians will vote Mukhriz.
ReplyDeleteI am sick and tired of Malaysian politics scene. I pity the person who is challenging Mukhriz for the sake of being another puppet for KJ, because he is already a coward and a loser!
ReplyDeletethis is the time when we will know whether Ansarians are like Umno Youth members -- corruptible and ball-less.
ReplyDeleteNow, I do not know how good Mukhriz is as a leader of Ansara.
I am not an Ansara member.
But I do know that he will win because Ansarians still have faith in his leadership.
He will lose because Ansarians no longer have faith in him and his leadership OR Ansarians have been bribed and therefore corruptible and see only how the likes of Khairi can benefit them.
Ansarians then deserve the leader they have chosen.
When Ansara gets to rot like Umno Youth, blame no one but yourselves.
Nobody is forcing you to choose a bad leader or a puppet or a figurehead.
Nobody is pointing a gun on your head.
But if you choose a bad leader because you have been promised Ringgit & sen and projects to enrich you, then, you deserve all that is bad.
A tragedy. But no one will pity you.
Quote Dato Kadir Jasin: "Or are we overrating KJ’s power and influence?"
ReplyDeleteI as an outsider thinks so. KJ has been overrated.
As Dato posted, the Chief and Deputy Chief won uncontested, which means till date they are untested on their power and influence.
It's time to 'clip' their wings. I totally agreed with what was posted by Dato Kadir Jasin.
Kamu semua ni prejudis dan irihati. Kamu tidak boleh tengok orang berjaya. Kamu benci Khairy sebab kamu mahu jadi macam dia, tapi kamu tidak ada idea. Kamu silat kuntau tepi arena. Dia silat kuntau dalam arena.
ReplyDeleteKamu ampu-ampu Prime Minister. Dia kahwin anak Prime Minister. Bagi saya, KJ adalah leader of the future. Long live Khairy. Kamu semua boleh pergi mati.
Let the poll decides but Mukhriz must send out his "feelers" into the system to detect upfront if there is any foul play by outside influence. If there is, expose it before the vote not after. Do not let the "kubang pasu" incident take place here.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, is KJ an Oxfart, a member of ANSARA?. He should lead a new NGO and name it SENGSARA.
woi khairy for perdana menteri,
ReplyDeleteEngko ni mesti macai si (k)hairy.
Memang aku benci dengan perangai dia. Tamak, angkuh & sombong bodoh.
Aku berdoa agar dia di sambar kilat. Biar di mampos!
The haze is in the country
ReplyDeleteIt clouds people’s minds
Then we find politics rear its antennae
Searching for something worth its time
Nobody can see clearly
It is so hazy it blinds the eyes
The old saying says
“Beware of what you don’t see
It can make you spin away”
The young upstarts
Any race any country
Blazing trails wanting a piece of action
Telling every moment
Old has no business
The line is drawn
Flapping wings colorful designs
See which one is the best
The fair maiden will choose to nest
No battle being fought
Only beautiful colors blinding eyes
Like a peacock enthralling crowd
Nothing is done
The haze in the country
The witches make money
Telling colorful stories
In the crystal balls
The young upstarts run
Like bulls stampede on parade
Never know which way
The light will shine
Anon,
ReplyDeleteMemang betui, if KhaiseeFart(chicken-backside) takes over ANGSARA memang SENGSARA but every SENGSARA member will get a non-functional iPon(iPhone celup made in China punya, kakaka).
Aku bukan budak MRSM,mungkin aku bijak sikit atau bebal sikit dari budak ANSARA.Tapi kemasukan ke MRSM dinilai semasa darjah lima @ enam.Mungkin otak aku terlalu cerdik @ terlalu bengap sewaktu berumur 12 tahun.
Its a reflection of the leadership and intelligence of our beloved PM Dollah Apek. Theoratical shows are written by the boys on the fourth floor and being inexperienced, there is no follow through and implementation just crumbles.Am quite suprised Dollad cant see thru this. How can a person so 'tumpul' be the UMNO PM baffles me.
ReplyDeleteOn the contrary, its was a pleasure watching DSAI on Al Jazeera eloquently discussing the issues that brought about the 1997 Asian financial crisis. Have yet to see our Finance minister, talk any sense about economics and finance after 4 years...Something has really gone wrong in the UMNO, selection of leaders, process. Our future leaders must be put to tests before they are promoted.Docility, senility, stupidity and compliantcy- and I m not exxagerrating- cant be the criteria.
Dr Mahathir, undoubtedly played a pivotal role here by completely changing the rules of the game.(30% nominations to challenge the President of UMNO - that is close to the brink of dictatorship.)
Coming back to Khairi, he was born in Kuwait City and all his short life was educated overseas culminating in his degree in Cambridge. So he has nothing to do with ANSARA or Malaysian education at all. Being in CAmbrige, these guys are then recruited into the Freemasonic movement which serves to uphold the supremacy of Jews over mankind. Of course these non Jews Masonic monkeys(the Jew Masons who exclusively control secretly the orgization and its subsets call them Cattle attracted by the shows of the Masonic Lodges)do not know the inner secrets of this Zionist organization which are zionist and satanic/athiest(pl refers to the Protocols of the Elders of Zion 1901, Inner secrets of Freemasonry,).
In return, these Masons are given the fullest support from the 'brotherhood' anywhere in the world to gain power and wealth, of course by hook or crook, mainly crook. ...............
I would rather called myself Sarawakian rather than Malaysian because we used to be a country and downgraded as a state. We produce oil together with Sabah RM413 billion but we get only 5% from it.
