Nuraida A. Samad

17 May 1955-8 March 2007. Of Tokoh Wartawan Pak Samad's daughters, Kak Eda was the coolest, her sister Ena would tell me. They went to the same school and even attended the same class for some years. They were close. Ena said I would have loved her if I had been a little older and was at ITM with them then, during in the 70s. Ena was with Kak Eda, holding her hand, when Kak Eda died a little while ago at her home.
Al-Fatihah.

    Quoted from notwoxer's blog

There is certainty, thus good, in death, that in the death of a ife, those left behind all eventually have to move forward to live their lives; in the death of a business
deal new ones have to forged for sustenance; in the death of a
relationship both parties move on after a period of pain & despair.
Mankind is built to seek happiness - the pursuit of pleasure & the avoidance
of pain - and thus everything will take the course nature intended.
Pain matures you, although at times it may seem improbable. But the truth is, tribulations that doesn't kill you will make you a better person. Those that kill you brings you to death, which as I have explained, is good. Peace.

Eda was a filial daughter, a faithful wife, a loving mother & a loving sister to her siblings, a great confidante to her nieces & nephews and a good friend. One can never find a more beautiful soul than her.

She had prepared half of her life for the next world and her four children for her eventual departure…to be strong, Insya Allah

Kami redha dengan kepergian mu, wahai adik ku yang tercinta. We love you, but He loves you more.

You will be forever missed & loved.

    May you rest in peace.

    Al Fatiha.

Al Fatihah. My condolence to the family. Maybe we can also seek solace from Rumi...

"When we are dead, seek not our tomb in the earth, but find it in the hearts of men..."
